  • @darkhokage2105 there is a recipe of biriyani on my channel, biriyani isnt traditionally made with sweet fruits. But you can enhance the recipe to add them if you like :)

  • Salam, I have to buy a pressure cooker but I am not sure which one to buy like there is one which is aluminium cooker and the other is stainless steel cooker which one is better? better as in which one is long lasting and easy to wash.. you know sometimes the layer starts coming off when you are washing.. plz guide me thank you

  • @rmanzoor71 I have a fissler, they are stainless steel, very good cookers. I recommend those ones :) And they last a very long time too.

  • Asalamalikum baji,

i know its ur ammi's recipe but if u can just ask- why the koftas are pressure cooked? & as u said or wt i understatnd, as soon as one whistle comes in cooker take it off the heat and let it sit until n unless there's no pressure...(if i m wrong plz correct me) i wonder kofte wont be overcooked... and the last thing is if i dont wanna presure cook then wt the procedure to follow..

Truly speaking i haven't tried this recipe yet but m sure it will taste amazing:). thx 4 info.

  • @farahcisco, WS, firstly, you must cook the onions well till they turn into a gravy. Thats why we pressure the onions with the koftas. Mum pressures Qeema as well. I dont. i like to cook Qeema in a wok. Its up to your liking, whatever you prefer. i pressure them because of the onions. You can make the onions soft by cooking them longer in a pot. when they are done add the koftas. you can do that if you like :) Thanks for liking my channel :)
