  • Joe does this qualify as your strongman day? We were going to use a Max Effort upper, Max Effort lower, then Rep Effort Upper, then something similar. Does that look ok?

  • No, this is not our strongman day. This was our max-effort lower day. We did a max-effort box squat, then 45-degree back raises then we did about 20 minutes of this.

  • Guy need to get his ass down doing those kettlebell swings! You could say they look half-ass hahahaha LOVE your site Joe. I've combined a lot of your ideas with what I already do and have had great success with football and soccer players that I work with. Keep up the awesome work man!!!
