Joe does this qualify as your strongman day? We were going to use a Max Effort upper, Max Effort lower, then Rep Effort Upper, then something similar. Does that look ok?

No, this is not our strongman day. This was our max-effort lower day. We did a max-effort box squat, then 45-degree back raises then we did about 20 minutes of this.
