I had a very similiar experience in the Vegas Inglot. I was ready to spend major cash and the salesgirls did not assist me. When I did ask for assistance, they were put off. I went to Dior and spent my wad there instead. ;-) LOL I am glad you enjoyed NY...it's fantastic.

I'm curious, how's the customer service in Switzerland (genereally speaking of course)?
I know Americans always complain about the poor/inexistent customer service in France and I know what they mean, but I guess I'm used to it :) - but then again, having lived in the US, by no means is the CS always stellar either>>> sometimes you feel it depends on the salesperson's mood!

@mgparis CS in general is much better in N. America than in Europe. What I find very annoying here is the very lacking return policy a lot of stores have.
