We are talking about people that will grab journalist and behead them, or the same people that will strap bombs to themselves and blow up children in a school. So I say, waterboard them, they will leave afterwards.

People are so stupid argueing this nonsense. It has already come out that using these technics was clear with the leadership in both parties and they cleared back then. Nanci Pelosy knew about it. The fact is American soldiers are put through a form of waterboarding during the military's Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape program. Again, we are not talking about soldiers from another country getting tortured, another country that we are fighting in a war.

Including the biggest asshole there is - Newt Gingrich - who said last sunday - he didn't know if waterboarding constituted torture.

Rep. Dan Burton, you keep saying use any method in the law to extract information from terroists. But seems to ignore the facts that torture i.e waterboarding is unlawful. Also, he seems to think that if you torture someone, then they must be a terroist which is a false argument. The hypocrisy is that he is appalled that terroists torture but seems okay with torture if he does it.
