Those who crucified Jesus were not fully aware of what they were doing because they did not recognize Him as the Messiah. While their ignorance of divine truth did not mean they deserved forgiveness Christ’s prayer in the midst of their mocking Him is an expression of the limitless love and compassion of divine grace

He has been here for me when no one else has, he is the best thing that has ever happened in my life, and just to feel his presence is the most wonderful thing you will ever experience.
