Really poorly executed push-cheese. You really want to grab a healer (rhapsody is top tier) as well as War Beast. Put balpha/tort mid and let WB solo long lane, go with three to short lane, pull jungle creeps at 0:45 to deny the creepwave and the tower will fall just as your second creepwave reaches the enemy tower.
