  • All this with no apron? Goodness I'd be a flour covered mess. I LOVE farm fresh eggs! They are the best. Im so glad I live where they are always available. This recipe looks fun. I will try it soon.

  • real eggs rock..we now have 3 local sources for them..

  • great video; very informative.

to those who offer advice, make your own video and let this chef show you how he does it.

  • you never want to put salt in your pasta like that. it ruins the fat in the eggs. when i came here to italy and tried making pasta with my mother in law and was about to put salt she told me never ever would italians put salt in their pasta. only in the water you boil it in :)

  • Hey, i was wondering, can you just use all whole wheat flour? thats what i have. will it still turn out?

  • @iononcentro

not what i said. but that's ok. :)

  • Hi Chef Snow! you are unbelievable! You make cooking so easy, but I'm sure it's not as easy as it looks! Where inthe world are you? Do you have a restaurant or are you teaching cooking?

  • @keithsnow

  • I have been wondering -- what is the benefit/effect of using oil?

  • This is great, I'm going to be cooking ravioli for a potluck soon, so I've been compiling ideas. This helps a lot, thanks!

  • Al Purpose Flours is alright to use Right? oh, how Much was the Whole Wheat?
