  • They are choosing way too many packaged foods. Sure, she improved her children's lunch but not by much. I didn't see a single piece of fruit or veggies. She would save a lot of money if she actually cooked meals.

  • @ZoodlesMooMoo I'm a kid too I know how you feel..my mom works in the morning and at night..I stay with my dad and brother..but in the morning my dad drops off my brother to school because he is in high school and I'm in elementary..there's just no time and good lunches that we can make that is safe and that can fill our selves!

  • Swap the chips and cookies for raw veggies with a low-fat dip and some fruit.

  • Yeah... I always want cooked meals instead of the old PB&J. (I'm a kid myself)

and My mom just doesn't have the time in the morning. That's why I'm searching for something that's a meal and that's actually going to fill me...

  • this was great!! thank u!

  • We also need to avoid all the food with high fructose corn syrup and aspartame. Several foods that you said are "healthy" actually contain those dangerous substances.
