In America we have the Toy Manchester which is up to 12 pounds, and the Standard which is not supposed to go over 22 pounds, you can varying sizes within that. They are a small to medium size terrier.

My Manchester is the same way! He bounces like he's on springs if he can't see everything! And when I take him with me to Petco or Pet Supermarket, he walks upright on his hind legs so he can get a better view of everything!
He's two years old, 18 inches at the shoulder and weighs about 35 pounds.
I got him at a rescue shelter. I can't believe someone would dump such a sweet dog.
He's already chased off two questionable characters from our neighborhood.
I think they are great little dogs!

ha! remember, that's a manchester. i promise, that's not neurotic---that's *normal*! :) they are bouncy critters, every single one of them.
