Dont ask me, ask the expects or wisper Tarantulaguy1976, he is always happy to answer questions. I have seen this question pop up countless times before. Always with the same answer. luckily they get almost all their water from their prey however if yours has a bad moult it could show signs of dyskinetic syndrome and/or die.

@steffenburkett Yes it was a sling, I got it at 2 weeks old, before its first molt so it was a sling. Now its a full grown adult.

Take the water gel out. Just give it water.
As many Tarantula hobbyists have stated before me, Tarantulas cant drink from water gel.
