Deer & Deer Sausage.wmv

Hey ya'll we got a call from a friend that someone had droped off 4 deer at there house and calld us to come and get them and share with the other family here on the farm....So we kept one doe and the small buck....Now that was some good eating.....We were gonna can it, but I am out of sausage so I had 25lb. of meat which is the right amount to make sausage with, I use Leggs Old Plantation Sausage Seasoning Mix....Each packet does 25lb.s of sausage....So I had to wait to see how much I had before I decided what I was gonna do with it....I get it from our local grocery store, it is $1.99 a pack....

Hi

Just thought I would shear something I do with my shoulders. 1 shoulder - wrap in foil freeze for 24 hrs. if you want to cook it now.

Remove from freezer open foil add ONLY meat tenderizer on both sides. Re wrap the foil put in 250 oven for 8- 10 hrs. It will just fall off the bone. We put a little Bar B Q sauce on it then.

WOW, What a blessing the Lord has given ya all these fine deer,...yep nothin' more tasty than some deer meat, considering their thin and lively critters, they sure have alot of meat on 'em,...and looky here Timber's ever so eager to help his momma out,...M-Man and your girls are gonna love the sausage ya made for 'em,...thumbs up Misty Shooter, glad you're back on YT!! =D
