Ray Davies' is still the best, but for someone who knew how to add the required emotion to the words -- Elliott Smith has respectfully done this song a beautiful justice. I would stand and applaud him for this. A wonderful live cover. RIP Elliott. Thanks for having the insight to bring this great song to your fans attention.

When I first heard Elliott Smith, it was like understanding what music was for the first time. His words got me through some really hard years. There's a lot of other great stuff out there, but for me, it just isn't Elliott Smith.
