Anderson Stratos Pro machining a cope and stick door with precision dowels. The Pro is designed as a nested base machine. But it still has capability to machine a number of different applications. If doors are a regular product, we make three and five-axis machines, both flat table and pod and rail, that offer unlimited possibilities.

Profile tooling provided by Vexor Custom, 303 286-8906. They left a finish as smooth as a baby's ass. Quality cutters.

  • The first stile had problems because of the way I programmed it. I should have started at the other end of the board so the knives spin into the cut and not away. Live and Learn.

  • looks great, what do you do if that wood chips/tears out while sticking it after doing all of that machining to it?
