Transcript:
Today, Papeete's waterfront is a busy port by day, and a colorful
center of nightlife after the sun has set.
These self-contained rolling restaurants appear on the dock
as soon as the sun goes down.
In Papeete, as in most places influenced by the French,
gourmet meals are at one's fingertips.
While dining out in Papeete can be extravagantly expensive,
the rolling restaurants along the waterfront provide a welcome
alternative. Pizza or pasta, hot Chinese stir-fry,
or a Grand Marnier crepe....... this is the way to eat!
