Nuremberg Germany

Nuremberg is the second largest city in Bavaria. It is the principal city in the Franconia region due to its location on the Pegnitz River. Some citizens of this northern Bavarian city can still remember the night of January 2, 1945, when Allied bombs reduced their homes -- indeed, the whole city to rubble. Nuremberg is where Hitler had staged some of his most grandiose rallies to the Nazi cause.

i know that history of nuremberg has also dark sides, but we want to try to show that nuremberg has changed, it is a process which still is moving on, but i think we are on a good way, i hope so!?

@intruderwings no I was born in the United States. When a 13 month old baby can be turned away from a hospital and refused imminuzations based on their type of insurance, then you know it is too expensive to live here and that's just one example.

I grew up here (basically---from 2yrs old to 14yrs old), my husband was stationed in schweinfurt germany and one of my sons was born in Wurzburg.One way or another i keep finding myself back there.And now we have tossed around the idea of retiring to Germany...who knows, we'll wait and see what fate says.
