I don't think this is true but someone once told me when I was younger that the "blue" in the flag stood for peace while the "red" represented war, and that the flag was inverted during times of war. I wonder if someone is hinting something. Haha!

Personally, I'm glad The Philippine President is standing beside the American Prez. Perhaps Aquino can talk some sense into Obama and convince US to FREE HAWAI'I & LEAVE OKINAWA, which rightfully belong to emerging ASEAN and APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation), not fledgling American Imperialists.
