I'm not even a gun owner, I'm a prospective gun owner, but not in the City OR State of New York, much thanks to the assinine legislation passed by Mayor FagBerg and Gov. Cuntomo. With that in mind, all this gun confiscation/control shit infuriates me, beyond belief. Common sense is lost in most branches of civil and government services past and present in the UK and here in the states, and is ever more increasing. It seems we will have to do more than protests to protect our "confirmed rights".

If one of the original amendments is out of date, then all of them are. If you would like to change the constitution, then garner the support of two-thirds of the congress, and three-fourths of states/state legislators. Also, by saying that the founding fathers were genius for their time, you imply that their work is out of date, which would be the constitution. Learn the implications of your words before you go around insulting people.
