A pair of young southern brown bandicoots (called 'quenda' in the local indigenous language) running around the front walk of a house in the Perth Hills region of Western Australia. The high-pitched whistle of concern or fear is often mistaken for a bird call by those who aren't aware that bandicoots are not mute. More bandicoot info and photos at bandicoot-books.com

  • @CrashBandicootRocks2 That's how they evolved. If they couldn't run fast, would their species even be around right now? Good though. I'd like to see that implemented with Crash. You know, like the Running Shoe ability.
