  • new tyre flip video ; 415 kg tyre,,,, in this video i am a bit slow,, yesterday i flipped it 5 times in the time 36 sekonds : )

also completed 3 altas stone lift at 120 kg..

  • Sorry to hear about the shoulder inury, hope you get well (and stronger) soon! 90kg with 7% fat is very good shape. Have you allways been this lean?

  • 29 years,,, aproximately the same ,, my shoulder injury is holding me back, but im geting better and better, right now im in fitness shape with a boddy weight at 90 kg, and boddy fat at 7 .

  • 24 years old. Bench is about 150kg, deadlift is 260kg , squat 230kg and in the loglift my best so far is 112,5kg. Probably more in the log atm when i´m feeling in shape so to say. 120+ pushpress anyways :) Your stats?

  • ok,, whats your age, and how much do you lift,,,, bench, deadlift, squat, log lift ???

  • Yes i am, did my first competition last summer, and this year i have signed up for atleast three. I hope that there will pop up some smaller competitions to :)

  • thanks, yea thats very true, also to avoid injury, , are you compeeting ?

  • Sure you will, looking strong in your clips! I think light training is a must sometimes to practice explosive movements and on form, especialy on the tire, log and yoke.
