    The only say the gov has had is to say that the states cant have a say in the matter

    Well, I think the federal case may have limited options after third trimester, or thats state law

    I know states have varying rules about the third trimester

    Anyway, the fed gov ruling was generally saying what you say, which is that it isnt the govs job to mess with the issue
