@clarityrains I think people have developed a new interpretation of what cones and warning signs mean, no longer, 'Watch out or you could get hurt' but now, 'Hey hard man, nobody can make YOU cross the street!'

@clarityrains youre spot on, they could have put an electrified fence and 100 guards round that hole and still accidents may happen, thats life. You dont need to sue for every little trip or fall

if you watched the video properly you would see that there are cones and boards around the hole in the floor which i believe was prepared for a lampost to be put in. If my mother was walking home and still fell into the hole i'd say she was pretty daft.

the typ of person you are is what is wrong wiht britain at the moment. Why would you sue the council? theres a big fucking hole in the floor with 4 bloody cones around it, my personal common sense would tell me don't fucking walk in it or near it as i may trip and fall in.
