srry for the poor quality of this video so ill give you a step by step
1. get Gatorade bottle
2. take cap and little slidey thing below it off
3. the get the slidey thing and flip it inside out this part is hard so you may need to use your teeth
4 the you slide the slidey thing on the bottle cap it will stay on because it is a very tight squeeze so again you may need to use your teeth
