I just picked up a brand new 4003 in Midnight Blue a few days ago..... I like the newer necks better than on the 4001

@Faz64 Hi. I don't have the chance to compare the new models. I also don't know if the CS necks are the same as the other 4001 models. Would be nice to see your bass! :)

Are you using a bit lower action than usual??

@Dukered21 The prize goes to... Guy. Action/relief setting a bit lower. As we speak it went through a major setup and now it's even better (truss rods were fixed). The credit for the tone is also due to the very new strings.
