It has been about 18 months since I sat down to play. I figured I'd record it to see how I did. I am really out of practice. Not the greatest jam along, I am just having fun on a day off. Also, I am not sure what effect is happening to the pic (probably the tripod moving due to the sub) but it is kind of cool. Enjoy

Well I played a set of Toca Traditionals (wood) for about 10 years and really loved the tone.A lot of my favorite players played fiberglass though.I thought it was time for something new so I picked up the set of Galaxies.I can say that the fiberglass are louder for sure and brighter. There is something so mellow about wood though. The best advice is go to a store that has both and take a listen. If you can't play just yet ask the salesman and listen. For live band situation=fiberglass

Thanks for watching. Yeah they sound pretty good. I did play a set of Toca Traditionals for years and really loved them. I upgraded to these about two years ago (about the time I started putting all of my free time into the guitar) Different sound going from wood to the fiberglass for sure. I really need to get back into practice. Perc. really is so rewarding.
