HS Sophomore Brian Walsh. who is having an outstanding season at 135 for Loudonville Christian/Watervliet , works through a set of Chain Chinups wearing a 20lb chain. This exercise works the biceps, back, and forearms/grip, which is an often overlooked, but essential component of wrestling. This is just one of the many exercises that make up the wrestling in-season and off-season lifting programs (www.phelpstraining.com)

  • I was told, that when you cross a leg, over the other, doing pull ups, it will work one side, more than other, depending on which leg, is crossed in front..apparently, it´s better to keep the leg´s parallel and straight.

  • @SKgdynia Description says 20lb.
