  • that's what I used to practice too!

    you should move a bit away from the couch, so that once you have your hands on the couch, you can bring them down the floor, like how people use the wall to walk down with their hands

    Don't use only your arms to push up.. use your legs and of course abdomen muscles more..

    Trust yourself then it will come.
