Home Energy Evaluation: air pressurization test

Home energy evaluations show homeowners the current energy efficiency of their homes and how they can improve not only the energy efficiency, but also the indoor air climate and healthiness of the physical building structure. A key element of the home energy audit is the blower door test which shows the air tightness of the house. The Elora Environment Centre's certified energy advisor Matt Vermeulen explains the process.
