  • You think if Dave talked music theory half his fans learning to play guitar would give a shit, or explained it in terms any body can understand?

a Video like this isn't aimed at the college student going for a degree in Classical guitar: it's for the middle school kid locked in his room with a crappy gibson knock-off in his lap, who wants nothing more in the world than to be able to play a Megadeth song; or the average person just wanting to watch an admired player

  • the 'previous band' just happens to be the worlds most popular thrash band... XD

  • Btw, I fucking hate that Holy Wars is used on ALL megadeth/mustaine videos. Rust in peace was a masterpiece, YES. but fucking peace sells is THE Megadeth album. Fuck.

  • @thenodfather metallica was never 'thrash' man. They hated to be labeled.

  • @thenodfather well i will admit that heir recent music isnt as thrashy but they're still labelled 'thrash metal'

  • @TheStevieD09 Thrash? Not since the 80's :D

  • @justforthelulzzz yh i think they kinda died down when cliff died and when they went through a few bassists but the seattle gig was sick! and i think theyve matured now and have started to play what they wanna play instead of what people want them to play if you understand what m saying?

  • @TheStevieD09

The first 5 were great, don't get me wrong.

  • @justforthelulzzz i will admit that lulu was terrible and i didnt really like death magnetic but master of puppets, the black album, kill em all, they were all really good albums and like i said before its all down to personal opinion

  • Now I love the not so popular Metallica songs, and even some more well known ones are OK, but I dare you to show me one good song they made after the self titled album.

  • @TheStevieD09

Still going strong? James can't sing anymore, I haven't heard one interesting guitar solo from them in over 12 years, the Lulu album was one of the worst CDs of all time, and Death Magnetic was mainstream garbage.

The only reason they're so popular is because kids eat their new shit up, and they are only well known for their garbage, lame ass mainstream singles (Enter Sandman, The Unforgiven, The Day That Nevet Comes, etc).
