Audrey Williams found the lyrics that were left behind by Hank after he passed away, She gave the lyrics to Glenn who she thought would finish the song as Hank would have. Glenn also wrote "Home of the Blues" for Johnny Cash, "Two Story House" for George Jones and Tammy and "Skip a Rope." No I dont think so. Audrey just found the lyrics after Hank passed and gave them to Glenn. She knew he could do the job. If you check the song on the website, It sounds pure Hank. Glenn has wrttien quite a string of country standards too

It is just hard for me to imagine a Hank song without a melody. So it would interest me to know that he actually wrote lyrics and then set them to music.
