What is Hypertufa? Hypertufa is a material made from cement, peat moss and perlite. It can be molded into just about any form. Its Latin name, hyper= excessive tufus = porous. Southeast Succulents has been working on a Hypertufa recipe that is light-weight, natural-looking and long-lasting for some time now. Here are some of the results.
