  • Geweldige Band!!

Zaterdag a.s.

  • Comment from Hans Morelis:

Indeed its not an easy song to play because its far from a normal 12 bar blues. But thats also why I like to do it. Our gig at the Blues Café was mend as a try-out for our new line up as a Blues-trio. We will keep playing Love In Vain until one day Robert Johnson would have been proud of us.

  • Comment from Hans Morelis:

Because the Stones are not able to play in a lot of nice clubs down here in the Netherlands, and surely not to play Love In Vain since Mick Taylor left the band, we give it a try. And of course because its a far out song by Robert Johnson. But of course youre right, I did make a mistake at 4:35 and another somewhere at the end where I wanted to end the song but the other members of the band didnt do so, so I picked it up again.
