a VERY big reason I work for myself is so I can take little breaks to recharge. Unusually still and nice Jan late afternoon. Usual winds have me soaring my 2 meter gliders. but I love the short wing prop jets too if conditions are right to get what they can give.
I love to design/build/mod RC airplanes. This is my 90% modded Stryker.(number three out of 4 various Stryker configs I have running now). I only buy the foam wing and make or sub the rest. This one is built to go slow or medium fast. For midrange alt and low ground aerobatics. Double depth elevons...smaller vert stabs...flatter cockpit cover...modded tips...and 1300mah(in this vid)battery. Will REALLY slow down with a 950mah! 1300 is a nice balance of speed and maneuverability. Flying on DX6i. I don't get much video of my Strykers in the air, but so had to get one up today. Now...back to the tees!
In work or Fun...do what you love and love what you do.
@YouTees regarding street luge..seems it has been too wet OR too cold the past few wednesdays..Mt. Tabor is a easy but fun run, but you still need dry aphalt for the grip/control. Hte to go to long with no rides but summer is when the big stuff is safe to do. Only 5 more mos till! 0_0 :D

@akai454 Hi there! No...never have done that. I've read about some who have, but as long as you let your hand continue in a natural downward motion after release it is no issue. The prop only dips less than 2" below the plane body so it would be hard to do that...honestly I don't know how it happens ever...but i know some have cut there hands on launch.

Did I hear the blade nick Your finger when You threw it at about 50 seconds into the video? It was cool Man, Take Care and be careful on the street luge.

@KentuckyArtist Thanks! Since I was a kid I've loved all things with wings. I fly hang gliders too...but not in a great location for it anymore. Costs a alot less ( and way less risky) to get my fly jollies with RC!
