  • is it hard to get a 1 bedroom apt??

  • @swifters100 Thanks for the comment. No, it was not hard to get a 1 bedroom. People usually do not request them as fast as the others b/c it does cost more, and most people do what they can to have as little as possible taken out of their paycheck each week. This is because you dont get paid much to begin with.

  • I'm going to be there in 2-3 weeks. And me and my roommate are rying to figure out what apartment we want. We are considering 3-4 people. Now does patterson have four bedroom apartments or just three? And what do you recommend, Chatham or Patterson? I'm bringing my car because I'm flying, so which one is closer to a bus stop. Thanks!- Amanda

  • @MarieScorp89 Patterson only has 1 - 3 bedroom apartments. I personally have never been in a Chatham apartment, but I have heard they are nice. Patterson is newer then Chatham. Chatham is closer to the Bus stop. Patterson and Chatham share the bus stop that is infront of the Chatham complex. I have heard that if your in the back of CHatham, that its no closer to the bus stop then walking over from Patterson. So really, there might not be much difference.

  • sorry if you already had to answer this a million times but what was the rent? do you know how much rent is for 2, 4, and 6 people apartments at patterson?

  • @aquarian256 thanks, how much more expensive is it for a 1 bedroom?

  • @Gonz5635

Yes, this is the actual apartment we lived at. And it's all up to you really. If you're not much into partying and like your space, I'd go with as few roommates possible, but if you like the company, the more the merrier. But you don't know who you'll get and it can be the best adventure of your life or your worse night mare.

  • is this the actual apt where you lived? is it better to have just one roommate or do you recommend to have more than one?

  • For people asking and mailing my boyfriend about prices and such, please read the comments, all the prices are listed for all the complexes. =)

  • Lucky indeed but we still had to go to the 2nd floor with giant baskets! HA!
