Yes. It's control voltage converted to MIDI (not the typical MIDI-CV). The A.S. rs300 is a very deep module that can take control voltages from your synthesizer and convert them to MIDI messages. Imagine the possibilities! Here's a quick demonstration of using an LFO to control oscillator 1 of a Dave Smith Evolver keyboard.
Starting around 00:32 we are using an Analogue Systems rs200 analog sequencer to control the pitch of oscillator 1.
