Our current level of consumption is not sustainable. The world's supply of steel, fossil fuels, and elements essential for industrial processes are rapidly being exhausted. If we continue to take all of the privileges we have as 1st-world citizens for granted, we will see them disappear--within our lifetimes.

This is a challenge to consider how your individual actions affect the rest of the world.

Don't believe in global climate change? --You don't have to to help the environment and our future economy--even if you don't believe what the scientific community is telling us, you can't deny the fact that the earth is not infinite and our resources will run out (and very soon as global consumption grows exponentially--look at China in particular).

(This video was originally created as part of a class project in Honors College Global Climate Change at the University of Oregon. The premise is that such an ad(s)/documentary could be shown during the next Superbowl in order to raise consciousness/awareness about climate change and resource depletion and how each person is responsible and essential to provide humans--and everything else on the planet--a habitable environment in the future.)
