its just a security guard i know because my wife is a security guard that works there and verified that the person you see is the other guy that works the other part of the week, if you go there at night you CANNOT get in unless your invited otherwise your trespassing

Definitely not a ghost. That place isn't even haunted. I went there today to see what it's all about. If you go in the day time the gate is open and visitors are welcome. It's just a really creepy cult. If anything they might kill you with kindness. What you "caught" on camera is definitely a security guard. If you go in the day time you will also see that there is a security building to the right of the gate. I don't think it is a legit security guard. It's someone who is part of the cult.

I believe you may have captured something. Again I recomend slowing down the motion of the camera while filming. This will make it clearer to see and give time for evaluating when you review tape.

I use to live about 2 miles away from there from 1976 to 1985. My friends and I use to ride are bikes all over that area and we never saw a thing.
