ive been on a spinal board and ive studied it in first aid class this is not how you do it! at least demonstrate with more rescuers. And the hand position is wrong, the head should not be able to turn or move back, just move with the spine

Holy crap this is horrible
When doing head and spinal, KEEP YOURE ELBOWS ON THE GROUND. You wont do anything for them just putting youre hands on either side of their head.
The aim to keep the head and neck in line with the spine. No twisting, the head, torso, and hips all must rotate as one.
this is the worst first aid video i have ever seen, i think it does more harm than good.
