Info on the App:
The Fluffy App is a port (for Windows) of the Cloud App which is for Macs only and can be found on the App Store. This App is greater than all of the file hosting website (that I know of) since it doesn't restrict your download and/or upload speed. So far I don't know what the upload limit is but it can host quite big files.
The reason why you have to make an account because it will keep track of the files that you have downloaded on that certain account. I hope this tutorial helped you.
