@Ezdduf4kuZ I often wondered what kind of winter they had on South Americas most southern tip/Falkland Islands, reason being that we get a winter here over America, cold air from the arctic often descends south and mixes with the moisture to make for chaos. Snow & cold is less likely to make it's way to the mosre southern reaches such as Florida and southern California but here in Canada, the prairies bare the brunt of Old Man Winter!!!..so who has the better climate, Canad or

I'm to believe this is off the west coast of Quito which for the most part is on a high plateau in the Andes...I always wondered if it snowed on Quito being it's located so high up amongst the mountains cause it was on the equator but found out it dosen't and it dosen't even snow on Mexico city...i was surprized. I was really baffled & surprized that it dosen't even snow on the high Andes surrounding Quito...isn't that something I thought to myself. Clouds rule the skies here, so we get wet!
