  • if you know anything about fighting then you would realize that being able to pull the fist back to defend is just as important as how fast it gets out there

  • The fighters here are actually training there antagonist muscles to be able to decelarte the punching arm. This needs to happen otherwise the arm would continue forward out of the shoulder joint (according to newton's law of motion) By getting the antagonist muscles stronger the body would then allow more force of the agonist musle to be used thus resulting in a faster and more powerfull punch.

  • this is good for fighters, its just overspeed training like when you cycle and get towed along by a motorcycle at faster than your highest RPM or when you pull back and use a stretched band to propel you forward at the start of a sprint. The bands providing more tension when pulled back so they will pull the fist forward accelerating the punch and help reinforce the neuromuscular connection through stimulating the CNS and strengthen the eccentric control of the antagonist muscles.

  • @mikasddd and the faster u can get it back the fast u can throw a new punch i guess xD? im smart (ironic)

  • @bertramlevaughn Its called impulse. The velocity of deceleration is directly coorelated with the speed of antagonistic muscular cxontraction. Thus neural units are trainned to respond quickly in this exercise

  • @bboyhwoarang5 Bruce Lee was a literal genius in his understanding of how the muscles worked, and spoke about them as bertram just did.

How can you use intelligence as an accurate connotation to ones ability to fight?? The best fighters are the smart ones who will put thought into it. Thought more than "ground and pound". Look at Jon Jones in UFC right now.

  • @mikasddd very fuckin true

  • @bertramlevaughn wow reallysmart bet you cant fight joke

  • man dont waste our time by posting such boring videos
