Costco pulls racist doll from stores

in this country like ELC you have a black doll and a white baby doll, they are sold in the same clothes, same packing ect..
so my qustion is was the "little monkey" slogan onlt on the black, if it was then that is wrong but if it was on Other race dolls i don't see the issue sorry!

My sister works for Costco and for EVERYONE'S info the doll came in 3 nationalisties: African American, Latina, and White. AND so did the pretty panda. Also it was removed from the shelves July 21, after it was put on the shelves on the 20th. Lord forbid we stop stepping on eggshells so we don't offened anyone. Get over yourselves! IT WAS A DAM*ED DOLL!!!!!! "Wah wah wah. Since you didn't walk on eggshells for me now you owe me." And get your information, don't just rely on a chain e-mail!!

Sure I don't get called a nigger but its derived from a Latin word meaning "black" and it wasn't derogatory until it was deemed so by the NAACP in the 1950's. Some blacks say "Brotha" for brother, "Sista" for sister, so why does anyone think "Nigga" is any different than nigger? Its a double standard that's been created, so don't give me that crap.
