Regardless, of whether it's Planet X, post glacier rebound effect, etc. I believe something is going on and has been. Over the past years you can see dramatic changes happening, in which every year it gets worse.

I just don't like how, literally over the past day, even with the budget cuts towards the Army and other Government spending. There is a big hush-hush in the military about boosting their "reserves" on top of moving what they can from the West. I'm a Flight Medic for the US Army and I've seen a lot and have had the honor to serve with some amazing people.

My younger brother is also a helicopter pilot in the Army and he's been doing "urban-type" training more then the norm.
