  • when would you typically do a morning wake up routine? is it you roll out of bed and where you land is where you do your yoga? or do you get up go to the bathroom, maybe eat breakfast then do it? i just can't get into routine unless i know i'm doing it properly, or doing it the way it actually works for someone...if that makes any sense lol

  • @LaurenAlexandra711 I hear ya. . prob a good idea to do this when you wake up. . maybe after a shower of whatever your normal routine. . and probably before breakfast. you don't want to eat too close to when you're doing yoga. . all that twisting and turning is best on an empty stomach.

    Love your videos, but I wish the transitions between poses could be a little slower. Any chance you could record some gentle/beginner yoga where the poses are held a little longer and the transitions made slightly slower?

  • Hey there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some super things about it and my sister got detailed Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

  • I love the workout Tara! Was super relieving for my muscles. But the music was a bit too creepy to make me relax completely... lol I'm a sucker for being scared by horror movies and that was a bit like horror movie music to me..

  • I am a beginner and i believe my legs are longer than my arms so it's hard to touch the ground with out bending my knees. My poses look in-proportioned : [ Will I be able to flexible like this woman in the video?
