My coworker and I happen to work nearby and I had this Samsung sports camcorder with me that day. So we took a quick jaunt to the location on our lunch break.

We unfortunately didn't have a GPS so I've included screenshots of the geohashing website (http://irc.peeron.com/xkcd/map/) to show that we were in the right location.
