@GhoSTrunner0123 I don't know how to do it (i hadn't got a laptop) but maybe go into your task manager while running the game (ctrl+alt+del, task manager) and right-click on GTA IV.exe, set affinity, make sure all processors are working. And if you are there, set its piority to High too.

@Controlle88 @Controlle88 Wait I Think I can do it but when I installed or put the enb folder in da game it says your resources are exceed or something like that. But my GPU is better than that. But this game just recognizes my simple gpu not the Nvidia one What do I need to do tell me please

@GhoSTrunner0123 You've gottah have 1.0.4.0 in my opinion, that's the best for mods. And you should get a desktop because you can't do shit on that dell.

Ok guys call me whatever you want!! But I can't install this fucking ENB mod at all all I get is dark world with some red lights in it. So Please Help me My Specs are:
