http://www.grodom.com Why does timeshare suck? why is timeshare bad? what is better than timeshare? Why have timeshare locations? No timeshare locations. How to exchange your timeshare.
@SanguineBullet667 This is getting to be very common on YouTube. Look for the title Multi Level Marketing Scam and you'll find dozens of MLM sales videos. These snakes will do anything to get at your wallet. Time-shares are a scam, but beach tropical beach town has a daily flow of gullible suckers who attend a free demo, get drunk at the free tropical drink bar, and then sign away $15,000 or more. No wonder they call them "gringos". LOLOLOL
Beware of anysort of travel stuff! Here is an example: Lets say a popular resort has 400 units in one building at a popular vacation destination. A year has 52 weeks and if each week is being sold for $25000 to consumers, the resort makes 52 * $25000 = $1.3 Million for one unit. For 400 units, the resort just raked in a whopping $520 Million in cash. With maintenance fees of $1000/year, the resort collects $52000 in maintenance fees/unit/year, totaling $20.8Million for 400 units. Beware!
