u realize that most of sailor moon's attacks have anti-evil special properties, and that at the time she was faced with the decision of destroying the cauldron, the cauldron had been taken over by chaos, the strongest force of evil in her galaxy, right? sadly for usagi, goku, who is pure enough to ride the nimbus, has 0% evil.

also, manga canon mentions that buu can destroy the universe. goku ssj3 is on par with buu, not even mentioning ssj4. goku > buu > universe > galaxy > usagi
