Im not to good at push ups, what can i do to train myself to become better at them. Im able to do 45 push ups in 1 minute, proper form. Help?
GFPMusicVideos 3 years ago
Quick answer: Do ONLY 7 push-ups in 1 minute. YES... that pathetically slowly. Take 3-4 times longer to go down as you do to go up.
Longer answer: Watch my "Push-Ups" video on YouTube or by my book and DVDs on my website.
