I'm sorry to correct you but the notes you use in 0:49 are C, Eb, Ab in the right hand; C, Eb, F# are wrong.

@deenook you play by ear? The printed notes at 0:49 are what I played: B#, D#, and F#. Thanks for being so careful though, for I do make mistakes.

In some music sheets, they have the vocals, would it be okay if one plays the vocals with the right hand and left hand for the left hand or would it just ruin the piano piece?

@WyykdAngel Good question. Method should work. But published piano solo arrangements are in most cases, "richer" (more notes) than that combo, and scored in a way that is convenient for the hands to play.
