Usher - DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again - GarageBand mix

been playing around with garageband, and decided to build "dj got us fallin' in love" from scratch.

all instruments are from garageband.

no midi instruments used - all from musical typing, using the keyboard on the comp to pay out the tunes i wanted. the lag time is so ridiculous, so many takes of each track were required!

took some effort and time - garageband is a very basic program, but for an amateur tool, it's pretty good.

final tracks does sound a bit mickey mouse but hey garageband is not pro piece of kit, and neither am i!

(try and listen with headphones or proper speakers to hear instruments pan left and right.)

@DJSantinnii for the chorus i use the effect called pop vocals and also just layer on a few other vocals recorded separately using different effects.

@Chickiee2 select the track, go to edit, select the effect called automatic filter :)

USHER SINGS THIS WAY BETTER, MALE VOCALS ARE A LOT MORE VERSATILE AS THEY CAN GO FALSETTO AND BARITONE WHERE AS IF A WOMAN GOES LOW IT SOUNDS STUPID, SO YES I THINK USHER EVEN SANG IT IN A HIGHER PITCH THAN THIS, SO YER JUST SAYING I THINK THIS SONG NEEDED MALE VOCALS, BUT THE PRODUCING WAS PERFECT REALLY GOOD.
